A lovely B & B in Lenox, Massachusetts, this was built in 1912 as a summer mansion for Harley Procter of Procter & Gamble.
The inn was taken over four years ago by Michele and Eiran Gazit, who are hands-on owners and operators. It has 12 guest rooms, named after Shakespearean characters, each uniquely and elegantly decorated. No need to go out to eat – enjoy a beautiful breakfast buffet and dinner in the first-class restaurant followed by live music. Whether you are skiing in the winter or visiting in the summer – music at Tanglewood, dance at Jacob’s Pillow, Shakespeare & Company or the Norman Rockwell Museum – this inn will enhance your stay.
